About the Program
At Remington College of Nursing, our accelerated program will allow students who already hold a baccalaureate (or higher) to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in a condensed timeframe (approximately one year). This is a full-time program, thus shortening the time required to graduate with the necessary credits to take the NCLEX-RN exam.
This program includes 12 months of education consisting of:
- Four to five days a week of class and clinical experiences
- Clinical experiences in the Orlando area, including hospitals, health departments and community clinics
- Clinical opportunities that provide experience in assessing patients, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with other nurses, physicians and othermembers of the health care team
- Preparation for the NCLEX-RN exam
